「予約時に毎日のハウスキーピング旨記載があったものの、5泊中、一度も掃除が行われた形跡なく、タオル類の交換もなかった(バスタブにわかるようにまとめておいたものが、帰ってきてもそのまま。バスタブも掃除がされていないことが明白)。また、朝晩は1桁前半台にまで気温が下がるのにもかかわらず、エアコンは10月まで夏季期間で使用不可となっていて、とにかく寒かった。アナザーブランケットが部屋に常備との記載にもかかわらず、それも用意されていなかった。滞在中にちょくちょくクレームをいれていたが最後まで改善されず、チェックアウト時にも何の謝罪もなし。毎日戻ってきてから、自分でタオル類を洗濯、部屋の掃除をするはめに。ファシリティはそこそこだが、サービスは最悪と言わざるを得ない。滞在者にはたくさんのルールを強いる一方、ホテルとして料金にインクルードされているなすべきサービスが全くされていない。キャンモアの滞在は、このホテルを除けば全て最高だったため、ホテルの対応が残念でならない。キャンモア...

「ダイニングとキッチンが独立していて、寝室も別室とかなり広い部屋で快適でした。調味料は塩コショウだけですが、皿や包丁、調理器具の種類は豊富です。車が地下駐車場で多少出し入れが不便でしたが、すぐエレベーターで客室までいけました。コーヒーメーカーが前の客が使用したまま放置されていて、フィルターを持ってきてほしいと電話したのですが、持ってきたのは30分後で待っていられませんでした。」

「We specifically picked this condo for it's walkable distance to downtown Breck and pool/hot tub amenities..all of which were great. 「Amy’s loft apartment was exactly what we were looking for to be in town and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Rocky Mountain National Park is less than an hour away; we hiked to Dream Lake at the Bear Lake entrance- a really nice day hike. The apartment was super clean and we loved the fresh modern/mountain decor. The bed was very comfortable too! We had a question about check-in and Amy responded immediately. I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a visit to Estes Park....

「We had a very nice stay here. It was close enough to all grocery stores and the main town. The condo was well equip. Enough kitchen utensils pots and pans and it was well maintained. It was comfortable for the 5 of us. Beds were comfy and clean. Canmore is nice. We went caving and it is very close to town. There is a BBQ which was handy to have. I would recommend this place.」

「W dry one at front desk was warm, welcoming and gracious. All had knowledge of the area and were delighted to assist if needed with pointers to make our stay exceptional. Drena was tops and Kyle the manager never stopped making sure the facility is great shape. Rooms are well decorated, spacious and quiet. Wonderful spot for peace but close to all beaver creek has to offer. Stayed with family on ski vacation. Having 3 full baths in 2 bedroom condo with two 16 years boys was a total bonus. Great...

「Nice condo for a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen. Close to the snowflake lift (5-min walk up 4 O’clock Rd), close to several bus stops, and a 5-minute walk from downtown. Our only complaint is there were approximately 17 thermostats in the unit, and none of the seemed to control anything. We’d definitely stay here again.」
