The hot tub was clean and enjoyable. When we arrived the electricity was not on but one phone call got it fixed. The area had seen bad rain and quite a bit of flooding but we were still able to enjoy our one night there. The electricity continued to fluctuate on and off all night, but this could have been due to the weather. I would suggest maybe to have another skillet available.
Nice, peaceful cabin with plenty of space. Only issue was there is no heating element in the oven, which was a little surprise when we attempted to make dinner one night
The way in was a little nerve wracking but just keep going! It was so quiet and peaceful at the cabin, we enjoyed the hammock and the hot tub that was easy to use. The location couldn’t be better, just minutes away from old man’s cave and after an 8 mile hike, a full kitchen was great to make a nice dinner in! The remote air conditioning was confusing but it wasn’t a major problem.Well 100% be back to enjoy hocking as soon as we can!

The cabin definitely was like an older style house trying to look like a cabin. The bathroom and kitchen were outdated and not clean in my opinion. There were dead bugs in the light fixtures. The bath had rust stains. Blinds were broke in the bedroom. The bedroom was very small but the bed was comfy. The tv should have had a mount that pulled out and angled towards the couch bc the remote would only work if you were standing up. My feet got very dirty from walking in the house barefoot. This was my first rental experience and i think I’ll stick to hotels. I was not impressed at all.
