It was our first time doing an overnight in a hotel with our kids who have special needs, so having the space to put them to bed and have their sensory needs taken care of while my husband and I relax in our own space was exactly what made it work. The bathroom is a little tight, but for that we had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again."

"I’ve stayed here several times. The motel is very outdated and some items appeared to be broken such as the hairdryer. I would also have liked to have a “do not disturb” sign for the door, but other than that I enjoyed my stay. I love that it’s affordable and faces the ocean within steps to the beach. I love Rockaway and will always come back. When looking up the motel, I did see they’re doing renovations. I can’t wait to come back after the renovations have been completed for an even more comfortable experience! The staff is always accommodating. I went to the lobby looking for some tea and they had tea and coffee for guests. There is also a pool, but I have never used it so I can’t comment on that. Keep up the great work! :)"
