「Didn’t even get to check in as nine of the key cards were working ??? Wasn’t informed until I was behind a large line at the check in. This shouldn’t even be a thing, but somehow it is. It sucked」

「The property was actually a Motel 6 that said reservations made in advance did not actually guarantee you a room. When we arrived, we were told that there was only one room left that did not have a TV and was not the same accommodations that we had booked in advance. Next, we were told that all the hotel key card readers on the room doors were broken, so the only way that we could get in an out of our rooms is by having the hotel staff use a screwdriver to take the doors off the hinges each time...

「Stayed four nights straight with reliable WiFi that let me work without interruptions. Air conditioning kept the room cool while I focused on tasks quietly.」

「I loved the location but was surprised I didnt have direct acess to the balcony.」

「Huge fan in the lobby for air but it Smelled of cigarette smoke. The room was seedy with stuff splatted on the walls. Loud fan in bathroom and bot enough light. The toulet didnt flush every day I went to the front desk about it. Unfortunately it wasnt resolved!!」

「The setup was ideal for us, Tim was always just a text away and really proactive in response to questions and providing insightful info. The only thing was it wasnt quite close enough to walk to things but maybe our stay was too brief to be sure. Everything was just a short Uber away so all in all a wonderful stay!」
