Doing some renovations while I was there and appeared they were always cleaning keeping things nice. Very accommodating- would totally stay here again"

"The first room we were given had a deadbolt lock that was broken and a telephone that didn’t work not even when trying to call the front desk. Our second room had dirty carpet (evidenced by the bottom of my slippers), a/c that alternated between freezing and barely cooling throughout the stay. Our room was not refreshed when we returned at 6:30pm even though we left the room at 11:30am. No luggage rack or surface on which our suitcase coukd be placed. The staff was friendly but I would not recommend this particular Courtyard to anyone. It"

Only problem is, when we got to our room there was only ONE towel(those are available to purchase for $11). I went to the front desk to tell them and they said that they were aware and would send one up. It never came, so now I’m expecting to see an additional $11 charge on my credit card…"
