"No shower curtain, so water made a mess out to the bathroom's floor after taking a bath. Room door still uses physical key instead of modern electronic card. elevator is just up to certain points, then you need to walk up stair to get to your room's floor which will be impossible for wheelchair people. toilet paper is just enough for half day if you and your partner use twice might be enough. Soap cube is terrible. If you apply that soap to your skin with water, it will be really hard to move your hand to rub your skin. Toilet bow is shaken and scare you that it might be broken and any moment. Toilet base which you sit on is moved freely that you can fall off if you are not careful because it slide freely like it is there for looking , not for you to sit on it. Terrible toilet base."

"Very dated property! Room smelled revolting on arrival and air con had not been turned on prior to arrival, therefore room was boiling and took a while to cool down. General areas of hotel are showing strong signs of wear and tear and rooms are old fashioned. Bathroom grimy. Would not stay here again."

It's so unusual to have a ground-level pool with landscaping and lounge chairs in a close-to-the-airport hotel, but this place is gorgeous and peaceful. Staff are extra accommodating and were able to get me into a room several hours early since I arrived on an early morning flight. Highly recommend!"
