"Nice hotel with great breakfast in a area full of attractions"

"Hotel located along a quiet street, 10-15 mins walk from Asok & Sukhumvit station. The staffs should make it a point to inform guests that shuttle service is provided when doing check in. Breakfast was decent. Was offered a room where I was told it has been refurbished. - Spacious room - pool view - clean - given welcome snacks however, the bath tub have a few spots that was peeling off, the masonry work on some part of the bathroom is not done well. I was expecting better standard from a 4 stars hotel."

"This is an incredible hotel and one of the best experiences for a hotel in south east Asia. The standard is five star plus and being new the rooms are luxurious. We had a family suite and it had double aspect views and was incredibly luxurious (toilets with heated seats, jacuzzi bath, beds that are top end). The check in was the best I have experienced in any hotel and I have travelled the world to many hotels. (thank you Trainee) The games room for the kids was super fun, staff really friendly all over the hotel and the sunsets from the infinity pool were gorgeous. This might read overly positive, I am normally critical but this hotel is exceptional and a fabulous place to go back to after sightseeing in Bangkok."

"Clean and spacious room. Big bath room & Shower. Great location. The only thing I did not like is their breakfast. They should have more options at the breakfast for a 5star hotel. Waited 10 minutes for scrambled eggs and there was no queue. Croissant and bread was no where close to fresh. If you you don’t want to waste all your time in Bangkok traffic skip the taxis/uber. Stick to motorbike or train. Thank me later 🙂"

"Rooms are more bad smell, staffs are not supportive, phones are not working properly, worst cleaning service Reception Team Mr. Punch not able to attend our queries properly and made more mess up on my accounts and created a long time for simple calculation"

"My personal experience in this hotel was like anything I've experience in any other hotel before, Its a 5 start and more, the breakfast was really awesome, for me was like breakfast-lunch do to a variety of options, the staff is one of the most professional and courteous i ever encountered, my room was spacious, spotless, and had a very comfortable bed, bathroom amenities was very convenient, hotel is attached to a mall, location was good closet to many restaurants and train station. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I'm very satisfied customer. Thank you."
