「I have visited Roatan for years and Naboo is my go-to hotel these days. It is a lovely hotel with friendly, competent staff and beautiful spaces to relax and enjoy the island weather. It is less than a five minute walk from West Bay beach, which is the most beautiful beach on the island.」

「Stayed at Kimpton Roatan with 4 families, hoping for one of the best hotels on the island. The villas are nice but need upgrades ,broken shower faucet, slow water dispenser, patio door that wouldn't shut properly. I could live with that, it's Honduras.
The real problem is service. Worst customer service I've seen in 30+ countries I've visited. We got locked out of our patio and called the front desk multiple times for help, no one ever came. A friend happened to have a wrench and we opened it...

「部屋は、暗くてせまかった。
ビシネスで滞在したので、寝るだけだったので、 1番安い部屋を選んだですが、最悪でした。バスタブはなく、窓から隣の建物しか見えない部屋でした。次回はもう少し慎重に選びます。」
