"The housekeeping was poor! They were just making your bed and nothing else (They didn’t even bother to change toilet roll or restock coffee. They NEVER tidy up the room). Front desk was there for check in and this was pretty basic! Taking down your details and handed over a paper with all information in it! I asked a question about an activity and they didn’t saw any interest to assist me and redirected me to the paper! Overall the room was good and the location was good but no interest to provide good services just basic or below because they know that they will have business due to their location"

"The Kelly Inn was in a great location, less than a mile from the Yellowstone National Park entrance. Room was clean, staff were extremely helpful. Took the time to help us map out our day. The breakfast was exceptional. Staying here made our trip that much better."

"The room was clean and with basic amenities. Parking was right outside the hotel. A minor issue was when I got locked outside because the key stopped working and I had to wait outside the room for almost an hour before the after hours staff could be reached to resolve the issue. Otherwise, an overall good experience except that standalone incident."
