"Great location for entrance to Yellowstone National Park West Gate. Although, not the hotel’s fault the approach for entering is poorly designed & mostly single file - bumper to bumper. Ample choices for dinner available & many within walking distance. Options for free delivery of food then just enjoying meal or pizza in hotel lobby without interfering with other guests. Could use more handicap parking. I think there was only (4) marked spaces."

"The unit we booked had a kitchen which was excellent to prepare our meals. The only little issue was that they didn't have a big cooking pan to cook big meals. The cabin was clean, we had housekeeping everyday. The only issue was that for 3 days out of the 5 days we stayed, housekeeping didn't refill the shampoo and conditioner and body soap until we requested it and it took a while because the housekeeping said they needed to ask the supervisor, which it was weird,since we were out of shampoo,conditioner, and soap. Some of the matresses were very used and old. The location was perfect, walkable distance to restaurants and stores. And very close to Yellowstone National Park."

"The check in was smooth and fast. I got room in a Moran lodge. The lodge itself was good, clean, has water refilling station. The room came with small fridge and water kettle. I opted for housekeeping which came in daily to change sheet and towels but they never once refilled the used coffee or tea packets. The cleaning was also not very thorough. So overall, I did like the place, easy access to canyon dining room, the reason for 4 stars is just the cleaning service. Overall would recommend the place"
