Welcome to your spacious and cozy home away from home! The house boasts 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Your comfort is our top priority, so we always ensure that the house is thoroughly cleaned after each group's stay. Rest assured, you can always relax 100%, as your comfort and convenience are important to us.

★ Living Space ★
Upon entering the home, you will encounter an airy living area with a high ceiling, connecting to the formal dining area that seats 10. Gather and relax with multiple seating areas, perfect for connecting and mingling with your loved ones after a long day. In our main living room, there is a huge 65" Smart TV for entertainment. Unwind and turn on your favorite show after a long day, or explore our variety of board games for a competitive night!

★ Kitchen and Dining ★
Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for any home-cooked meal! You can find all major appliances: a cook stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, blender, etc. with all the basic necessities to cook! We also provide high-quality pots and pans, dinnerware, basic seasonings, as well as children's dinnerware and high chairs for all of our little guests. Also by the kitchen, you will find a coffee station, featuring Keurig machines with coffee pods and creamers. Make yourself a cup and enjoy it by the pool - what better way to start your adventurous day?

★ Bedrooms ★
We have a total of 4 bedrooms and 5 beds, all dressed in high-quality linens to pamper you in your sleep. One bedroom is located downstairs for the guests' convenience. The Master Suite features an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet, as well as a private balcony overlooking the serene outdoors and down to the pool. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
- Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): 2 Full Beds
- Bedroom 2 (Master Suite): 1 King Bed
- Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): 1 Queen Bed
- Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): 1 Queen Bed
We also have an air mattress that can be placed anywhere you desire. A pack-n-play, located in the Master bedroom walk-in closet, is also available for your babies.

All 3 full bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities you might need, including a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, cotton pads, and Q-tips. Wrap yourself in our plush towels and prepare for a relaxed day ahead.

★ Pool and Backyard ★
The real gem of your vacation house is here in the backyard! By the living room, you will find a serene backyard space featuring a private pool, a jacuzzi, a seating area, and a BBQ Grill. On those warm California days, you can enjoy a refreshing swim, relax in the soothing waters of the jacuzzi, or simply lounge poolside and soak up the sun. This outdoor oasis is the perfect spot to unwind, entertain, or create lasting memories with your loved ones. *Please use the pool with safety precautions. You will have access to the washer and dryer in the laundry room by the garage, making laundry a breeze during your stay. For parking, there are 3 spots in front of the driveway and multiple on the streets. The garage is also available for use. We kindly ask that you be considerate of our neighbors and avoid blocking their driveways!

1. No diving or jumping into the pool. The pool depth varies, so this is for your own safety.
2. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when in the pool area.
3. No running, roughhousing, or horseplay in the pool or on the pool deck.
4. Guests use the pool and jacuzzi at their own risk. The homeowner is not liable for any injuries or accidents.
