"The room was clean but had only one very small trash can and we kept having to empty our trash which was annoying ! Upon check in I realized that I left my neck support pillow at home and I asked front desk for a couple extra pillows and he looked at me like that was such a huge request and said I don't have the lined closet key tell housekeeping in the morning. Also the ice machine didn't work and I asked for a couple extra towels and he again looked like it was a huge bothersome request and I said nevermind we're going to walmart and we will pick some up there . Overall it was a below average stay and I don't recommend and will not be returning !"

"The hampton inn is a great place to stay it was in a great location. The staff Roslaind had great customer service she explained everything about the services and amenities. The room was nice clean and also the kitchen area. Breakfast was hot as well. I will be staying here again recommended hotel."

"The property fit our needs very well. Our host Abbie was great and very helpful. There were a few minor supplies we picked up for the kitchen. Overall it was a great experience. We couldn’t get the bowling machine game to work but we weren’t planning to use it. However if a family was counting on it it might be helpful to make sure it works and have instructions to make it easy to use. The spa was nice. The bedrooms were also very nice. Thanks for the stay."

"The house was not clean, crumbs on the couch, someone's personal items including medication in the nightstand drawers, no pillowcases, bloodstain on a pillow and inadequate dishes for 6. Did not stay and disputed the charge only to be informed the merchant advised everything was "as described and in good condition." I would not recommend."
