The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and the owner was responsive when I had questions, which I appreciated.The house has plenty of space and the layout matched the listing. That said, the interior is more worn than the photos suggest. The carpets have visible staining, some walls and doors show patched areas or small holes, and most walls looked dingy overall. The mattresses were comfortable, but they also had noticeable stains. None of this made the stay unsafe, but it was very noticeable. Future guests should also be aware that the booking requires either a 3,000 damage hold or a 90 damage-insurance fee, which may matter for planning."
