「First of all the staff, they were on their job of guest services- personable yet very professional. I witnessed them dealing with unfriendly guests with grace and a smile on their face and also with me getting to know them kindly and they addressed both very well. The facilities were clean and the amenities were helpful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, despite the fact that they were very near to capacity.」

「Our room was modern and clean and staff was pleasant. While there was a glitch in the system with the room key staff worked diligently to correct the issue and get us settled. In addition hand delivered a snack package to our room as a courtesy (which was delicious I might add) and an unexpected surprise. 」
