Water across street and in historic St. Augustine. Only downside is parking -- either parallel parking across from inn on busy street with meter that starts at 8 am and goes to 9 pm OR free parking that is 4 blocks away. Only issue that should be addressed for safety - the room door didn't latch easily - seemed to affect all the doors on our side of the hall, several were not shut fully as we passed. 」
