What a cool place. The service was top notch, the restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Hidden gem that we didn’t expect to find.
Very nice property! Rooms are nice and very clean. Perfect to travel with family and kids. In general, very good place to stay in Riobamba. It is far away from the main road and the neighbourhood is not very nice. Also breakfast could be better.
I stayed one night at this hotel and its by far the best option in Riobamba. I had a great dinner with a few glasses of wine. The weather was fantastic. You enjoyed seating next to the firepit before going to bee! Very recomended!
The hotel facilities are beautiful it’s got a little area with animals making it fun for kids you actually see lots of kids which makes its really hard to rest if that’s your intention, you can hear everything from the room next to you.
but to make story short I didn’t have a good time there, room was cold had no heater, sheets too heavy, it rained and bathroom ceiling had a leak, the door has a gap, and a lot of cold air gets through it,(I heard they have better rooms) but what I got wasn’t good, not to mention that I booked for 4 nights and I needed to check out one night earlier at my arrival asked if I could get reimbursed for the last night the sled to contact Expedia so I did twice and Expedia contacted them twice and supposedly they never got anything from Expedia, clearly they just didn’t want to work with me and lose that money, we went for a church convention, and I just didn’t want the church to lose the money.
I also heard there’s better places to stay in Riobamba.
Nos hospedamos con nuestra familia y disfrutamos de cada detalle de la histeria.
Excelente comida, jardines fabulosos, arquitectura extraordinaria.
Un lugar para escaparte con tu pareja un fin de semana.
Beautiful quiet Grounds. Nice restaurant and bar. Probably the best place to stay in Riobamba. 3-5k from center so plan on taxi or other transport to town.
El establecimiento es muy bonito y siguió cuidadosamente el protocolo sanitario, el personal es muy atento y disponible, la comida muy sabrosa y variada, ideal para la familia
Very nice but they wanted to charge me another night. They then realised they made a mistake and no apology. DInner food is over priced, little quantity. Ours came cold. Also, we couldn't order food as the link for ordering did not work. So they gave us a physical menu and that had a contradiction of prices with the app. So that was confusing and annoying. I had told them twice that I needed a gluten free breakfast but this did not happen on the first morning. To get a gluten free breakfast I had to beg them. Poor for such a good hotel. If you have special dietary requirements, stay away. Other than that it is very good.

No heating
It was a good experience overall, but there was no centralized heating, only a tiny heater that didn't help much.
Stayed overnight while passing through town during covid. Very clean and beautiful property. The dinner and breakfast were delicious! Would stay again.
Atención muy buena, limpieza, comodidad e instalaciones perfectas para todo tipo de huésped!!

Nice hotel
The hotel is nice and well kept outside. Bathrooms in rooms need to be redone asap they are dated and rust has formed around bathroom windows and shower doors. Bathroom should have some sort of heating. Two extra towels or a robes would be great since the bathroom is cold and only one towel per guest is provided. The hotel in general is nice, so are the staff, its small details that would make a difference in making it great.
