"The hotel is very conveniently located. The metro station is just right downstairs. Room was spotlessly clean and in great condition. The staffs were tremendously helpful. They went all out of the way to help us."

"I booked this hotel as a surprise for my husbands birthday and chose it because it had a gym and swimming pool. We made aware when we checked in that the gym was closed for maintenance. There was nothing about this on the website when I booked. It was supposed to open during our stay, but it didn’t. Very disappointing. The rooms were quite big but surprised that we had to pay 4euros for a bottle of water! There was a lot of choice at breakfast but the cooked items under lights were cold. You could have freshly cooked eggs which was quite nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t say it was 5 star - 4 star at the most."
