「This is one of the best Hotels I stayed at in Europe. Quality of service was superb. Hotel was super clean a true 5 star experience. It’s 15 minutes away from the touristy area ( old town) but they have a water taxi that takes you there. It was like a free cruise experience in porto. The hotel was the highlight of our stay in Porto. Will be back for sure 」
"Located in central city with ease and convenience for sightseeing. Regret that reception only starts check in from 2:00pm (whether they have rooms ready or not does not matter) and will not let you check in until 2:00pm sharp (although reception will take passports for pre-registration before 2:00pm). Because of this rigid check-in time policy, check-in after 2:00pm takes time with a long line of people."
