We tried to check in at 4pm we were not able to check in till almost 2 hrs later. We were not the only ones waiting to chck in. We were told that they were busy that weekend. Isnt every weekend busy? Room was somewhat clean. Pool was dirty. I would not recommend this place. Stay somewhere else.

Hot tub wasn't hot in the hot tub closest to our room. The club office gentleman was extremely rude when I didn't understand him. Security was tight, which I appreciated but it went from very little security to very tight security instantly.
