"Room was very spacious "

"This is the third year in a row that we have come back to Sand Rose.. We love the location and no problems with the room. We are very excited that they helped our vacation time to be special!! Apt.421. Hope we can have the same room next year MLFrick"

"Clean place and nice staff"

"When I reserved for this room I expected to get the room I reserved. Instead when I entered the room that was assigned to me was not with partial ocean view. I went to let the staff know and they were giving me a hard time to change my room for what I had paid. Once they finally gave me the room I expected, I entered the room but the AC was not working so, again I had to go notify the staff ( it was fixed). After retyrning to my room from my day out the key to the room was not working to open the door, I again had to go to the front desk to get another key. I had to contact room service because the showere curtain was removed and not replaced. The bed I had was stained as well as pillow case. I expected better as this hotel is supposed to be "a 5 star hotel". I will not reserve there again."

"The staff was amazingly helpful; best customer service we’ve had in a long time. The hotel is old but it was clean and the location is perfect. Only complaint would be the A/C unit didn’t function well. But for sure we’ll be coming back."
