I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was convenient, within walking distance of so many cool places. The property was clean, the breakfast delicious, and the staff was awesome. The only downside was that the building is on the older side and does show signs of needed maintenance.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very delicious. Close to the shopping area and the beach. The elevator is bit too slow for the capacity of persons staying at this hotel.

Breakfast and waiters are excellent. Property is advertising the renovated rooms but when you arrive they give you an outdated 1970s room. They only hace renovated 1 bed rooms, but advertise the other that doesn’t exist.

La habitacion es buena, el hotel tambien en termknos generales, pero mi esposa dejó dinero en su cartera y le robaron en la habitacion 140 dolares, tal vez los de limpieza lo tomaron, no sabemos, lo reportamos con el recepcionita y solo dijo que lo iba a reportar al gerente.

Otimo hotel proximo a praia de Copacabana e fácil acesso pra ir para outras, comercio do lado do hotel, atendimento muito bom da recepção, limpeza, cafe da manha. Quarto limpo, ar condicionado novo, banheiro limpo, chuveiro super regulado quente e frio. Cafe da manha muito bom, tudo quentinho e fresco. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Manutenção e Atendimento.

Cheguei cedo da manhã e sei que o check in e somente às 14hs, mas fui atrás de pagar uma taxa que eu sei que existe no hotel, porém o recpcionista não fez questão de procurar um quarto, deu um castigo num sofá desconfortável na recepção (único), chegou a hora do quarto, ar condicionado com uma goteira grande quando ligava, falta de manutenção. Reclamamos e fomos pra outro quarto, estava pingando também, molhando o quarto todo, a cama afundada e quebrada, dessa vez ficamos pra não ter reclamação! Banho bem bom, com muita pressão e água bem quente! Na hora de ir embora, checkout, foi apresentado uma nota de consumo que tinham 2 chocolates que realmente minha filha pegou, só que foram repostos, pois compramos no supermercado, daí questionei se poderia tirar, pois tinha reposto, daí o atendente puxou o papel da minha mão grosseiramente que tomei um susto e falou que não precisava pagar, pois se tirasse um item iria ter que tirar todos. Falei amigo eu pago tudo não foi minha intenção, ele falou que não precisava. Agradeci e fui embora. Mas de uma maneira grossa como se fosse uma discussão realmente. Foi isso, não voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Excelente estadia’

Tivemos uma ótima experiência! A acomodação é confortável, com cama boa e roupas de cama e banho sempre limpas e cheirosas. O atendimento foi excelente do início ao fim — todos muito solícitos e gentis. Um cuidado que fez toda a diferença: esquentaram a comida da minha bebê todos os dias com muito carinho. O café da manhã é delicioso, com o básico feito com capricho e várias opções diferentes a cada dia. O chuveiro é MARAVILHOSO (difícil encontrar igual!). O quarto era limpo e arrumado diariamente, sempre com um cheirinho ótimo. Também adoramos a estrutura: Wi-Fi bom, TV smart com vários apps já instalados, e tomadas 110V e 220V (todas identificadas) tanto no quarto quanto no banheiro. A localização é excelente: perto de tudo (tudo mesmo!) e a poucos metros da praia. Há ainda um espaço em frente ao hotel que facilita bastante o embarque e desembarque de Uber. Recomendo muito!
