I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was convenient, within walking distance of so many cool places. The property was clean, the breakfast delicious, and the staff was awesome. The only downside was that the building is on the older side and does show signs of needed maintenance.

AC unit wasn’t running properly when I got there. But it worked fine the 2nd day, maybe the remote control batteries were old. The bathroom was minuscule, and the toilet bowl was running a little water. They need to maintain their facilities better. The staff was friendly and professional, kudos to them!

Excellent location, adjacent to Copacabana Beach. Helpful and friendly front desk. Numerous places to eat within minutes of the hotel. The mattresses weren’t the best but adequate. Overall, good value.

Copacabana beach property

Property is close enough to walk to the beach (7 mins) and along the route were restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, clothing stores, and electronic stores for cell phone power converter/charging. The breakfast buffet had the freshest local fruits plus a range of meats and pastries/breads. Staff was friendly and always available around the clock. Rooms were clean and plenty of towels and toilettries were available.

The room was a little bit tight, there is not enough space or maybe, furniture for luggage or clean clothes. The bed were confortable, pillows need renovation. Patio view is no view at all. Staff was very kind, very respectful. The breakfast was ok, but the same. Again, staff very good at their work.

Good location. Area felt safe at day and night. Very close to the beach. Lots of restaurants around and also a big supermarket around the corner. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was average. Room wasn’t great. There was a broken chair and also the bed was kinda broken.

Breakfast and waiters are excellent. Property is advertising the renovated rooms but when you arrive they give you an outdated 1970s room. They only hace renovated 1 bed rooms, but advertise the other that doesn’t exist.

Hing’s in Brazil

We booked 3 rooms total for our family. I got room next to water pump and elevators. The sound of water running & people using elevators interrupted my sleep almost every night of our stay. Most disturbing issue water WIFI in my room was so terrible, I couldn’t get any work done. We had asked the hotel agent to help several times and their responses were, the tech is working remotely and to inform them if it’s still not working. Honestly, we like the area. It has markets, dinners, cafes within walking distance. They need to improve their WiFi service and customer services.

dirty sheets and towels with horrible smells. broken bathroom door. with a chance of you getting stuck inside the bathroom. we left a bracelet in the room and they didn't return it to us. I never recommend this place. the location is great.

Centrally located and close to Copacabana Beach and many restaurants. Breakfast included. Cold mini fridge. Staff was attentive. They would call taxis for us. Rooms had excellent A/C. Water pressure was excellent in the shower. Hot water was never ending. Staff spoke some English and Spanish. Bed was comfortable, but could be better. Not all rooms are updated. Not all rooms have safes. Some rooms have safe but not working. I was put into a very small room at first, with no window. Requested to be moved. The other room was bigger with an inside window, but the bathroom was old, not too clean, sewer smell would come up the pipes. Had to maintain the bathroom door closed. Very noisy cleaning crew in the mornings. Towels in the rooms were very old and almost tattered. Had to request change of towels often. For the price, I expected a better room/bathroom experience.
