Don’t know how this property got there 8,6 stars review… our room had common bathroom on the hallway, the property is full of ants and other bugs, everything is in bad shape, need desperate renovations. Location ok

Perhaps best if you are a local..

Location was very hard to find as it is a "B&B" rather than a hotel. We have traveled the world but we found communication was friendly but very limited with proprietor. Nothing was ever said about a breakfast and never saw the rooms or common areas shown in ad. When we left in the morning, no attendant was there. Communal bathroom condition was poor with floor disintegrating. No soap and one towel for two people. AC in the room was marginal. Narrow stairs only access to the rented rooms. Sorry to sound so negative as we stay in 25+ hotels a year and do not fault people wanting to make some money with their property but this location needs to up it's game.

The property is so different from the pictures etc No eggs for breakfast same thing every day the margarine/jams spreads are All Expired!The bread is more then Day old once in a while if early enough you got the sweet coconut buns almost fresh Would never ever stay here again Total messed our bookings English is very bad even with google translation did not get it we had reserved 2-Two bedrooms They said it was 2 beds in one room Yet our reservation said 2 Rooms with our name on each Expedia was not able to resolve the issues We wanted separate rooms but ended taking the refund Run by a very spoiled lie Alêe her staff are all the same peas in a pod!!!No elevator/ no room service or clean towels/sheets or garbage taken out we asked several times and ended doing it our selves Very mean People and untrustworthy

Pésima experiencia

El “hotel” (casa vieja y descuidada) se encuentra en pésimas condiciones, ni siquiera pudimos pasar una noche ahí, por lo tanto; tuvimos que buscar otra opción para hospedarnos, y dando por perdido todo lo pagado por las injustas condiciones y políticas de cancelación. El estado del lugar es precario, insalubre y muy costoso. Existen vicios ocultos en la publicación. No recomiendo por ningún motivo hospedarse ahí. Espero pueda existir una inmediación entre el cliente y proveedor, y/o por lo menos evitar que otro cliente sea engañado de esta manera. Queriam me cobrar uma taxa, disseram que não havia sido cobrado pelo aplicativo. Porém mostrei o valor que paguei diferente e superior ao que me mostraram e tudo ficou entendido, não foi preciso pagar o valor. Só achei isso estranho. A fechadura do quarto que eu fiquei está fazendo muito barulho, acordando todos do quarto ao sair para o banheiro, visto que o banheiro é compartilhado e fica fora do quarto. As meninas muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Local aconchegante.

Ótima localização, atendimento ótimo

Localização incrível, bem próximo da praia, restaurantes, bares e metrô. Pra quem quer conhecer pontos turísticos como pão de açúcar e Cristo Redentor é o lugar ideal pois com carro de aplicativo é menos de 10 minutos para os pontos de saída. Sobre o local o atendimento é ótimo e com muita hospitalidade, o café da manhã tem muita opção bacana num terraço maravilhoso. Só não gostei que o banheiro é compartilhado e fica fora do quarto e a torneira do banheiro não estava funcionando (tinha que levar uma garrafa d'água para escovar os dentes na pia), fora isso é um ótimo lugar para passar a noite. Não é nada luxuoso porém muito confortável para terminar o dia.

MAGNÍFICO

Eu e meu marido passamos um final de semana incrível. O Renato e a Priscila super simpáticos e solícitos. A tranquilidade do local é maravilhosa. Um terraço muito espaçoso com churrasqueira. Amei a mesa para as refeições. O quarto é excelente, chuveiro magnífico. Super limpo e cheiroso. SIMPLESMENTE MARAVILHISO.

Location is very good however I am not sure the rooms are ready to have guests. My room had cables coming out of the wall where possibly a TV was supposed to be. Then it leaked water from the roof and they stopped electricity for one night. I struggled to have a very cold shower with my phone that night. Next day I had to remind them to put the electricity back on and of course no hot water for the last two days despite saying it is working. You would think they would give you some kind of compensation.

Double room, great breakfast

Was tricky to find! Number 96 behind a brown gate, it's the blue building and you have to press a buzzer to get in (you'll get a key for the gate when you check in). Good location though close to Ipanema and Copocobana and lots of restaurants not too far Nice family run place, friendly and helpful We had a double room which was nice and big with AC. WiFi wasn't the best Breakfast on the rooftop was really good, lots of fresh fruit, bread, ham, cheese as well as jams

Lovely basic B&B in great location.

Nice little B&B, 5 minutes walk to Copacabana and Ipanema. Great location. Lots of nice little restaurants and shops. Felt totally safe walking about. Breakfast on the roof was the highlight. Sat having breakfast with the owners and their family when we arrived was lovely. So peaceful. Special mention for the housekeeper... So friendly and helpful! Great value for money.

Estuvo todo muy bien, la ubicación aunque despues de las 23.00hs era un poco inseguro para caminar sola, la limpieza, la habitación y el desayuno, lo único malo es que el desayuno es a partir de las 8.00hs y varios días no pude desayunar porque a las 7.30 am me pasaban a buscar para hacer excursiones
