"staff was super friendly but a main elevator was out the whole time and we never saw it being worked on the 4 days we stayed. it was an inconvenience and the layout of the hotel is already unusual. great staff though and perfect location."

"I was travelling with my son and 5-year old granddaughter...we had a wonderful stay...so close to the river with beautiful fountains and excellent restaurants...an easy walk to the marketplace and Braughton St...I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks for the "best place to stay in Savannah"...thank you to the staff at the front desk, lobby bar and housekeeping for their attention to detail!"
