"Upon approaching hotel i wondered how it was rated so high. However, the staff was super nice, room was clean and large, with all of the amenities needed to make for an easy stay, bed was comfortable, location was perfect (right off of I30). We actually extended an extra day and Gita, at the front desk, worked it out so we could keep our same room for the extra night."

"The room was nice, but the doors close really loud, so I had a hard time going to sleep as doors were constantly closing all up and down the hall late into the night. There isn't much sound barrier inside the room."

"The room I originally was supposed to be in had a leak so they moved me from a 2 bed non-smoking room into a 1 bed non-smoking room without giving me any options for a refund, the room reeked so bad of cigarette smoke despite being told it’s a non-smoking room, the room and property did not match any of the photos online, the property was covered in trash and cigarette butts with the area having horrible lighting making the area feel incredibly sketchy and unsafe with several cars with plastic for windows making it feel even more unsafe. Neighbors were yelling and blasting the tv the whole time we were there and it was after midnight by the time we decided to leave and go to another hotel. I have never been so dissatisfied and disgusted by a hotel room. The room itself was disgusting with the ironing board having blood, the sheet had stains and the couch was comically gross, stains all over it, ripping at the seams, it smelt so mank you could notice it when you walked in, you couldn’t pay me enough to sit on that couch. Our door had plastic bag stuffed into a hole that went through the door. "
