Started off horrible, the first room they gave us was completely torn up. But after talking with staff we were moved to a different room that was wonderful.

No hair dryer, even to borrow from the office. Long black hairs on each bed & by sink. Holes in bathroom wall from missing towel rack. Cigarettes burns in the comforters in our non-smoking room. Reserved single king, got double queen. Good water pressure, small shower head. Refrigerator in room. Room was quiet, heater worked. But F 35's from nearby military base fly close, early, & often.

Don’t go, go somewhere else

We get there stinks like cigarettes and marijuana, there were hookers outside, the bathtub had unused soap and cloth , no clean towel my husband went and asked and they were being washed, sheets were dirty the fridge did not work, it was broken We left

The rooms are full with roaches and bugs. Suspicious activity all night. Management refused to give me a refund after I showed them pictures of the bugs in the room.

Toilet ran on floor. It was also so staind gross dirty. Only towel in room was foot towel. Cigarette burns on sheets. Smoke detector on shelf with no battery. Tv remote didn't have batteries also. Big roach/ water bugs in room. Lamps didn't even have shades. Only good thing was dog friendly. Do Not Stay Here.

Terrible customer service

Room wasn’t very clean had some kind of nasty gunk splattered all over the wall outside the bathroom. Sketchy people all over the parking lot all night long. Worst part was I was charged by Hotels. Com to book the room fine but then the hotel charged me again when I checked in and I didn’t realize it until a few days later. I tried to contact management several times and kept getting the run around and then when I finally did speak to the manager she was very rude and refused to refund my money. So I paid $170 for a nasty room that I only spent a few hours in!

Hoe written on the Door & it was easy to open from the inside. Bathroom door off hinge. Spots on sheets. Floor was dirty. Only thing good was the air it work icey
