It was not like you see on YouTube. No food, parking tickets when checked in, and close to hospital and the noice from that. But, the bed was good.

It is all keyless and no people to help if you run out of toilet paper. They did not give an extra roll of toilet paper in the room. There is no mirror. They were great about letting us back in after we had checked out because something was left behind. It was a nice place to stay.

Room was clean, but literally no bedsheets on the mattress when I arrived About 30 minutes later, they arrived with new bedsheets Limited amenities: no soap in the canister in the shower and hand lotion in the shower was empty The only amenity on the counter was a bar of soap It has potential, but they opened too early without good supply management

The area around the hotel is pleasant enough. There are some restaurants nearby but the road outside is busy and a bit noisy. The hotel furnishings are clean and minimal - lots of concrete and metal - so there is a lot of noise that travels from room to room and from outside. The check in process required and app and we used that to unlock the doors to the hotel and room. I wasn't expecting anyone there at check in but someone was on site, and he was very helpful and friendly. The bed was quite comfortable, but we could have used more towels.

Loud. So very very loud.

The road noise was awful… the shared porch meant we were woken up at 1a by people yelling at each other next door and feeling pretty scared. There is no staff at the hotel so the only option is to dial 911. I was approached by a panhandler when I arrived. Overall not a good experience at all. You at least need a security officer. So much sketchiness. Definitely not for solo female travel.

I ordered and prepaid for the Chateau Suite, but was told on arrival it was not available. So I was downgraded to a standard room. There was a party in the room next door that went on til all hours of the night.

Comfortable . The room was unique and for being concrete and Steele , it felt cozy and homey. The staff was great, friendly and when there was something extra we needed they got it right away. Planning on staying there again due to the great experience we had.
