"Room was nice enough, but it was very hot in the city and I was put in a room with only a fan and could not open the windows for any ventilation, so it was unbearably hot. When I asked the property about this, they said they would send somebody to open the windows. I arrived back at the room that evening to find that nothing had changed, only that the curtains had been left open for the entire sunny afternoon, so the room was even hotter than when I left that morning. "Fabulous location, easy to check in, Cacoon was very large, no TV and no hairdryer but the bedding was top notch. Interesting concept next the pods!"

"This was probably the best hotel that we stayed at on our England trip. Super friendly staff at check-in, very clean room, and the bar on the roof was amazing for watching planes come and go from Heathrow. The restaurant had some incredible food as well. I’ve already stated that if we ever go to London again, we are staying at this hotel."

"I requested a quiet room and was put on the first floor at the front of the property so it was very noisy from the traffic. We had to sleep with the window open because there was no air conditioning in the room and it was a hot weekend. Good location but probably wouldn’t stay there again because of the noise and no air conditioning."

10/10 Excellent

"Heathrow airport is tough to get around. We were doing an overnight before returning to the US on a morning BA flight. The Sofitel is in the airport at Terminal 5. Just a walk to the gate. Trying to stay offsite just to save a few dollars vs. save in hassle was an easy choice. The hotel is excellent."
