「The room was nice and big.」

「I booked 2 rooms thru Expedia (due to an 8+ review rating you provided) October 23 & 24 at Dubuque Inn & Suites. Our experience was a rating of 2. Here is why: Room: It was very hard to see as the lighting was terrible! The room was so small we could hardly navigate around the bed. There was no place to put our suitcases (not even a suitcase rack to set them on). It was very old with missing paint on walls, etc. and air didn't work well. The room was not freshened up after the first...

「Room was great, staff friendly and helpful. This is where I stay every time I go to Dubuque.」

「This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left.」

「I was moved not only by the sense of history, but also by the kindness of the staff. I want to come again.」

「Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had.」

「Definitely one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at in my life and I travel for a living. Felt like I was staying at the Hilton it was so amazing. Kari is the best」
