"The breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety and good coffee. The room was clean and cool. They did a great job. Would definitely stay there again! "

"I have no complaints about my stay. I had to switch to this hotel last minute and was worried as it was literally the only hotel available in my price range. However, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is amazing. It is only steps away from the Gloucester underground/tube station. There are a lot of restaurants near by and it's in a great neighborhood. Our room was clean and air conditioning was perfect. I'd stay here again in the future!"

"Excellent check in with an unexpected upgrade. Room good with working air conditioning (important in London these days). The room service menu said everything was available 24/7. When I asked for a club sandwich at 10.30pm I was told there was only salads or pizza. Breakfast a large buffet with some very good items and some less good."

"Nice hotel, staff are friendly. Very grateful they gave us early check in after an exhausting overnight flight. No elevator so that sucked when we were queuing for Wimbledon and trekking back and forth with camping equipment from the 4th floor. They have a beautiful back patio to have a coffee on. Rooms are small but typical for London. Area is safe and on the cheaper side for London. Would return, but would maybe stay someone else that had a lift if we were doing the same trip again."

"Friendly staff, especially the very helpful Ama on reception. Our room was upgraded for free as there wasn't any standard doubles left by the time we arrived so that was a very nice touch. Check out was 12 noon so you had plenty of time for breakfast and freshen up before leaving. There was a fabulous array of breakfast buffet food to suit all. If I'm a little picky the cooked breakfast could have been a little warmer. Overall, a modern, friendly, clean hotel right in the heart of London about a 5 minute walk from the tube station."

Mason & Fifth - Westbourne Park

"It does not say on the website that children are not allowed in the pool except from 10-12. I would not have booked if i knew this as the pool was one deciding factors. Was only advised in the email after the cancelation date passed. A bit of a bait and switch. Great place for the room and adults / artists but not really for families looking to use the pool at the end of a day when the kids have had enough walking and just want to chill out too."
