Depending on the room # you may get a nice walk down the hallway of the one story building . Room was small bathroom was smaller. A/C worked great the pillows were nice the mattress not comfortable. "Pool and hot tub was nasty, no area for my dog to use the restroom without walking to the road. Not there fault but no electricity for about three hours. Unless the price is dropped I will stay somewhere else next trip. Y'all were about forty dollars more than places I've stayed before in Vicksburg. I stayed there because the highway was close by."

"This is a wonderful place to stay. Take advantage of visiting Duff house for a glass and wine. Be sure to have the complimentary breakfast the next morning there to and take the tour. It’s a short walk from Steele house. It’s delicious, and the tour is amazing. The hostess is so wonderful and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Please take advantage of this little gem and book a night or two here. "
