「Location is on the river and convenient and attractive. Outside and in public areas the property seemed well maintained, and the property was clean. However, carpet and furnishings in halls and in guest rooms were old, tired, and worn. TV was fair and audio was jumbled. Fridge provided but no microwave in room. HVAC unit cooled the room OK, but it was rather noisy. Breakfast was served in buffet line and was good. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. All that said, the price was...

「The room was nice. Unfortunately, the water supply went out so no water to flush toilet or wash face. I did not eat breakfast since the person who put out food would not have been able to wash hands.」

「Monmouth is our “go-to” place to stay in Natchez. We love the staff, we know them by name and they remember us and greet us like family each time we visit! The property is gorgeous, peaceful, clean, and well kept. We always look forward to our stay and especially to our dinners at 1818 and the breakfast each morning in the garden room. We can’t wait to visit again!」

「Comfortable room and clean. We like the location and the breakfast. There were a few issues, but we will stay here again. Bath water was only luke-warm. Only one of our two key cards worked. Went to the desk two or three times to get it fixed, but it never did work. Neither card worked at the side door. Only one of the two elevators works. Other than that it was a good stay for us. 」

「The Concord Quarters was such an interesting place for our stay in Natchez. We appreciated the history of the place and loved looking at the artifacts in the downstairs rooms. The Hosts were kind and thoughtful and made us fee very welcome. The breakfast was delicious. Would have preferred a bit more privacy between the two guest rooms. All in all, would recommend.」

「This is a perfect place to relax. The beds are wonderful. The host goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. His breakfast was outstanding. The cottage has two porches to relax and have a glass of wine, read a book, or just have a quiet conversation. Any time you are in Natchez, MS. You need to stay at Stone House with your host, Joe Stone.」

「I can say nothing but great things about staying here. Ms. Colleen was super sweet. She welcomed us into her home like we were family. She told us to make ourselves at home. She cooked us a fantastic breakfast. In fact , it was a lot of delicious food. We give her a ten star. Loved the experience. 」

「It looked like areas of the room has just had things redone. There was dirt footprints in the bathroom, but overall it was clean. There was a $250 deposit, and when checking out, the lady at the front desk went to my room to "check" it before I could check out. My daughter and I literally only slept in the room for one night. I don't think we will be back just because of the $250 deposit. 」

「We loved our stay at Riverboat Bed and Breakfast!!! We were met by Mary Beth who was absolutely wonderful. The historical home was gorgeous and so accommodating. We only stayed one night, which next time I won’t make that mistake lol, so we didn’t have much time there but we definitely enjoyed every minute of our trip. I can’t wait to go back!!! ❤️」
