Puntos negativos, las ventanas no aíslan de ruido de la calle, si te toca en fin de semana vas a escuchar las terrazas de abajo, luego algunos detalles como la ducha, que estaba suelto el soporte, el agua caliente es con termo y si sois tres lo mejor es no ducharse los 3 seguidos, el último puede que le toque fría y los enchufes que salen con facilidad de la pared, no están...
