The hotel is in a fabulous central
Location. The room was great directly facing the clock. However the room was not cleaned each day. Had to wear hairnet in the pool which I did not like. Breakfast was ok. Good variety however would have preferred more hot food choices and it was like warm. Coffee beans were garbage. TV options are rubbish and no snacks available.

The front desk staff were amazing- helpful with restaurant suggestions and making reservations, luggage and car valet parking. The only suggestion is to extend the tranquility water space time from 30 minutes to 45 minutes. 30 minutes feels rushed and not enough time to enjoy the sauna, jacuzzi and actual relax. The hotel is in a convenient location away from the hustle and crowds. Rooftop bar offers amazing views!
