I thought it was the Docks.
Just slightly out of the town centre.
Liked it though.
Good value and comfy bed.
Bathroom was very cramped mind, especially the toilet

This hotel was chosen because it is directly opposite the Philharmonic. It was perfect in every way. We have been to Liverpool many times and it is convenient for sightseeing and shopping.

Loved my stay here. Had there been a dressing gown and slippers in the room. I would have given this a 5 the mini bar with the free soft drinks, along with the 10% discount was a bonus. The half board offer is great value. Just wondering.
If you are good staying and parking at the NCP recommend, then go to the far corner on the left side of the 3rd floor. The pedestrian entrance is located there l, and brings you out a few feet from the hotel entrance.
