Staff were super friendly, but unfortunately there were 4 small downsides. 1- lots of noise from the pub across the road late into the night. 2- we had a power blackout on our second morning that lasted quite some time. 3- the safe didn’t work 4- the balcony lock was broken, meaning our room was essentially unlocked (not great when coupled with the safe not working). 「Was a lovely experience, great staff... the only issue would be the pool was not open longer hours and not being able to see the children play as children should - eg; splashing in the pool - This is not an adult only facility, children should be able to play. Everything else was great. 」
