"Location was great, staff were great, food was decent. Room was comfortable but wasn’t one large bed, just two singles pushed together which can be a little uncomfortable (falling down the middle!). The place was also quite loud - the floors were all tile so everything echoed throughout the hotel and the cleaners came around quite early. Also, a very minor thing but a heads up to people like myself I guess…. I chose this hotel over my other shortlisted ones because in the photos, it shows they have Rituals products in the bathrooms. They do not. I chose it because I have sensitive skin and I know it is ok with Rituals but instead they had some local brand. "

"We have loved staying at Mitsis Petit Palais. The staff were very nice, the rooms are clean, and the location in Rhodes was amazing to walk around or book activites! I highly recommend the hotel!"

"Great location that is close to everything but tucked away so it’s not loud at night. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Our favorite hotel during our trip to Greece and would definitely come to stay again! The common areas and rooms are decorated nicely. The breakfast had tons of options. Everyday they had the basics with different eggs and meats but sweet and savory pastries, dishes etc. would change daily. There are 2 elevators that are little larger in size compared to other ones I have seen in Europe. Housekeeping comes daily also. "

"The staff were the best part of our stay - from Maria our waitress to Michael and others with the reception and cleaning staff, everyone was very kind, friendly and helpful. For a hotel in the mediaeval old town it was amazingly lovely and large and we really enjoyed our large room, the sumptuous breakfasts and the AC!"
