"I will start off by saying that based on our experience, this hotel is not a value for the amount of money that is charged to stay here. Prior to booking I sent the hotel 2 emails regarding getting there and some other specifics regarding our stay. They never replied. However based on the other reviews we decided to book a room for 1 night. Since we arrived by S Bahn we tried to get into the hotel by the park side entrance. We rang the doorbell next to the large glass doors and could see...

"On the plus side: the breakfast was ample and attractive. Eggs were made-to-order. On the minus side: The elevator is barely big enough for two people with packbacks and is frequently out of order. On the plus side: the handsome, next-door restaurant serves excellent food graciously. The courtyard is lovely when the weather is good."
