"I did not get my check in instructions ahead of time and was locked out on the first night. I had to pay 244 euros for a hotel. Neither summer day nor Expedia would refund me. Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say “good luck”. Horrible place to stay. Would not recommend either summer day or Expedia. "

"The place overall was nice and had good communication, it was a bit small and it at times was quite noisy, there was also a massive party outside in the early hours of the morning and the staff will not take any part in calling police or putting a stop to it for their guests. A local resident instead had contact the police to stop it. The problem is that most people staying there have no cellphone and contact the police in those types of events, so the staff should really help and assist at all...

"Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Great location, especially for booked tours - bus stop #12 was right outside the hotel. Great restaurant and bar."
"Good location. Easy and safe walk to Reykjavik city centre. Tours/Flybus pick up and drop off from directly outside the hotel. The hotel itself is lovely and clean. Great choice at the buffet breakfast and the restaurant food is delicious "
"Hotel Muli is a great spot in Reykjavik. The front staff was very gracious and courteous. Terese went above and beyond to see if our room would be available for an earlier checkin. The room is very clean, bed sheets and towels are clean. Makes all the difference in our comfort. "

"Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "
