"The beds were made and they had clean towels. But they forgot to clean up the little things. Such as cleaning the coffee maker/removing the use coffee refill that another guest may be how to use an empty the water in the ice bucket. In other words, the staff were really good and very nice at the front desk."

"I never got a chance to stay in the room when I first arrived The door was opened I walked in the room OMG the room was nasty no clean sheets tobacco paper was on the window the floors were dirty the bathroom was filthy. So I left the property and tried to call the property manager they never responded but I have pictures if you need them I need all of my money back I didn't stay there "

"It was nice for a night, but some of the dishes weren’t very clean and I couldn’t get hot water from the shower. Hot water easily came out of the sink. Easy walk to Temple University so the convenience out weighed the issues."
