"This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. We arrived past midnight on our first day because of a delayed flight and the staff, especially Dino, was so welcoming and helpful, which was a great start to our stay. "The hotel was great especially for families with young children. The creche & kids club facilities are really a highlight the best I’ve seen! The staff were all so friendly & helpful. The water park is also a highlight and great for young children with very shallow pools. Food variety & quality was really good & good cocktails at the various bars. Our family room was a good set up for a family of 3 giving our toddler his own room. Overall would definitely recommend to families with young children!"
