Hotel as such was excellent and offers great breakfast. Hotel had to be evacuated 1 night and clientele standing 1 hr outside in the drizzle without further updates only to be told 'you can go back inside'. Not professional enough!
It's convenience of getting there from Bremen HBF w luggage on foot and being in walking distance to shops and old town make it the place to stay for me. . Immediate vicinity of hotel has improved since 2023 and security patrols are encouraging.

"We were running late and knew we were not going to make the 10 p.m. cutoff for check in. We attempted to contact the hotel starting at 8:30 p.m., took over an hour and had to go through hotels.com website to send a message. This required us to pull off the highway and spend 15 plus minutes to send ..."
