Although the steep hill to reach the hotel made arrival challenging (initially no luggage help), staff went above and beyond throughout our visit, especially assisting with luggage upon departure. The accommodations were clean, modest, and charming, matched by genuinely exceptional service. Highly recommended for a memorable, comfortable stay.」

「The location is fabulous. Directly on the main strip in front of the sea. Staff was helpful. After checking in the AC wouldn't turn on. Fixed that.. 2 hrs later it was still hot so a technician came and we went to dinner. Upon return at 1 am, it was cooler but not cold. So i let them know in the morning before heading out. When returned in the evening it was much cooler. The shower was not very clean..it had old stains. It was also very finicky.. usually scalding hot. I was on the 2nd floor......

「Muito boa a estadia, tudo limpo e bem organizado, certamente voltando para Ilha Grande retorno para a pousada. O unico ponto a ser considerado é atenção ao cobrar itens, pois meu esposo foi acertar o que pegou na geladeira da pousada e informaram itens não consumidos, mas por incerteza se eu havia consumido ou não, ele acabou pagando (eu não estava presente no momento do acerto). 」

「The pousada has a great location and is surrounded by lush vegetation. The breakfast was great with fresh fruits, eggs, pastries, juices and good coffee. We would have preferred the breakfast (or at least coffee) to be available before 8 as we are early risers. We found the room very dark. There is hardly any natural light and only one energy saver lightbulb in the room. 」

「Great place to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Simple but good. Thw room was clean and tidy, with a nice balcony. The area is also super quiet so for relaxing it is perfect.」
