We had slight travel issues, and thankfully his place was available, and he gave me step by step directions on how to reach him, which was a life saver. He also paid for our tram tickets! He sat with us for around thirty minutes upon arrival and made sure we were comfortable and would make the best out of the stay. The view from the deck was stunning. Do not skip on this house if it is available, you won’t be disappointed!"

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."
