The beautiful Villa Anina with 6 holiday apartments and well-kept shared areas awaits you in the South Tyrolean community of Ritten. The communal areas include a large garden, a fitness room and a wellness area, which combine the traditional charm of the accommodation with modern comfort.

The apartment "Afrika" consists of a comfortable living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and a TV. A baby cot, a children's bed and a high chair can be provided upon request. In the outdoor area you will find a shared garden with a barbecue, a gazebo, a pond with fountains, a pergola with a bench, a playground and a 66 m² pool. A particular highlight is also the luxurious spa area with 3 saunas (a relaxation sauna, a steam sauna and a Kneipp bath), a jacuzzi and a relaxation area with loungers.



A pizzeria is 160 m away and a supermarket is 600 m ( 2-minute drive) away. A bus stop (150 m) and a bakery (250 m) are also within walking distance. The town of Bolzano, which is beautifully situated in a valley surrounded by vineyards, is 15 km (a 23-minute drive) from the accommodation. In addition, the Rittner Railway (100 m) invites you to take an idyllic ride through nature, past picturesque old railway stations. Other leisure activities in the area include hiking, ice skating (400 m away), hockey, tennis and soccer.



Parking is available on the property. A garage is available for your car. Pets are allowed (for an extra fee). The "Ritten Card", which allows free entry to some attractions and many discounts, is included in the price. Bicycles are available for free if requested in advance.
