「Very nice clean room.」

「Breakfast was ok and location was good. It was a basic room. Clean and had everything you need」

「I appreciated the maid service but they had terrible breakfast service, the food was cold and we thought it was included in the room price. There was no one there when we checked in or out. Had to wait for them to get there. I never have had to wait upon check in or check out. I will remember 4 Points and not be using them again.」

Staff was great and genuinely overall seemed helpful and happy even with a sold-out hotel full of festival goers. We picked this location based on proximity to e ent venue and so very glad we did! We were able to walk to and from the venue (very long walk but definitely doable) given the amount of traffic for event we did...
