We enjoyed our stay because of the open area for visiting with our family, the convenience to local stores, and to pickleball courts and the Mt. Rose ski field. The host was very responsive to our questions and provided everything for a comfortable stay.
Overall had a great stay. The house was clean and love the house offers king beds in all three rooms. Location was easy to access. The listing did reference a pull out sofa which unfortunately was not available. The owner was kind enough to bring an air mattress and was very easy to communicate with.
The house and location was perfect for my family. The location was close to Legends Bay Casino, the outlets and multiple resturants. Food max and target are also close and convenient. We had 8 in our family we were able to cook a couple of meals plenty of pots, pans and plates. The only issue we had was the lock was broken from a previous guest but we contacted the property management and the responded immediately. Also the house sleeps 8 but we only had 6 towels and no extra blankets or pillows for the additional guests. We luckily had brought extra blankets and pillows. But we have no complaints and would book this house again.

Nice house. Some odd details.
The house was a nice piece of property, but there were some things that were unsettling. Communication with the property host before arriving wasn’t great. We discovered we were sharing the home with someone, and were worried they’d have access to our portion of the house. The property manager assured us we were safe. I am used to a VRBO having some basic amenities, such as cookie sheets or baking pans, tin foil, salt and other spices, but these were spare or non-existent here. Just be forewarned that you will need to bring salt, pepper, garlic salt, and any other spices you may regularly use in your cooking. Bring large ziplock bags, and tin foil or parchment paper. The dishwasher didn’t have a utensil holder. We had access to the backyard, but we had to go out the front door and around to the gate to gain access. So barbecuing would have been a hassle. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. There’s a TV in every bedroom. The house was very clean. The house was spacious. On the day of our arrival, the property managers were excellent in their response time to my texts.
First time I've stayed at a short term rental where I felt that the property matched the cost, and was satisfied during and after my stay. This was a nice clean home, with a nice kitchen, and the owners were very responsive and helpful with questions I had about and during the stay. Also, the beds were comfortable. Best night of sleep away from home I can remember.
House was clean and had plenty of supplies that you expect. Grounds were alittle unkept on arrival but were serviced while we were there. Communication was great. Overall a good stay. Thank you guys

It was fine
The house was clean. However, NONE of the outlets work in bathrooms. The outlets in the rooms were hit or miss. There is no control of the thermostat so the heater would run because we would open the windows, it was a mess. Communication with the host was not great. There is someone who rents/lives below the house, which isn’t a deal breaker but I feel like we should have been made aware. The showers were also very slippery, be careful.
Overall it was fine but I think the ad was lacking some information
