「This little house was a terrific value and served our purposes well. It's an older place with some rough edges/limited niceties, but the beds were comfortable and the location was just what we wanted.That location wouldn't be for everyone: We wanted to be steps from the cafes and bars of Midtown, knowing that a certain level of grittiness (like a dodgy motel on the corner) would come with that. Pangolin (cafe) and The Emerson (bar) were favorites, and being a ten-minute drive from the UNR campus...

「Location is excellent with nice views of the city and mountains, and is adjacent to a large open area with trails and disc golf. The 4 bedrooms (one with 4 bunk beds) can accommodate a large family or family gathering. Kitchen has a large sink and refrigerator looks new. Spacious area outside with deck, hot tub, and grill. Only issue is that the downstairs bedroom is adjacent to the furnace which can be noisy if one is a light sleeper. Another refrigerator, sink, and microwave is downstairs.」

「Nice clean and quiet. King size bed was very comfortable, better than most hotels. Complementary coffee was wonderful. (Rental car was not available on day we arrived and property is not in easy walking distance of shopping)」
