「I accidentally booked a single king instead of double beds. Despite arriving at almost midnight, the staff was courteous and helpful while correcting my error. Within 10 minutes, I had a new room. Excellent customer service.」

「The property was very nice if you were looking for 1800 style it was great. The rooms are very clean and fun made you feel like you went back in a little bit of history.. The owner was wonderful. She told us the history of the property which was very interesting and she was was very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and we would definitely go back again」

「The hotel itself was good, it's what you expect for such a cheap price. The door lock was busted in my room so it had no lock other than the door handle room key lock. The light bulb closest to the door was flickering the entire time it was tried to be used so we just never used it. The light closest to the bathroom worked as well as the bathroom light. 「Traveling to play softball tournament in Ellijay. We chose this hotel for price and location. Both were a plus. Staff was having issues with the language barrier upon checking in. Also they don’t offer any type of breakfast at this hotel, so plan accordingly.」
