  • This townhome with 3bedroom and 3 1/2baths is ideally located so that you are only a 5 minute bike ride/drive to everything. Close to the beach, hiking/biking trail, waterpark, breweries, restaurants, outlets, shopping and more! This unit has been fully updated with a contemporary chic beach decor. Ultra-soft bed sheets and towels will make you want to stay forever!

    For those of you that are hoping to bring your "furry" family members on vacation with you, we welcome them too! There is a small pet fee per family member.

We had a really nice long, long weekend. A romantic getaway and since it is pet welcoming we made the most of this cozy townhouse. We enjoyed some of the house games on the one day with bad weather. The only negative for me was on Expedia's side, holding back the deposit so long after checkout.

Great, centrally located property

Family Get Away

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Our host (William) and the property... very welcoming and accommodating. The location of the condo was close to a lot of walking activities. Highly recommend...dog friendly too.. We plan on staying there again in the near future..

Great Extended Weekend

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend stay! The location was perfect for our needs and it was walkable to many locations. The space accommodated our family well! Our host, William, was incredibly responsive and worked to make our stay comfortable. We will back next year!

Clean, Comfy and convenient

Love the location of this home; biking distance to shopping, beach, fishing and food. Host was very efficient in responding and had a welcome book w/everything you need for a fun vacation. The Home was clean, updated and spacious. Enjoyed the Revelations brewery a block away. We would absolutely stay here again-

From the moment we booked William’s property, he’s been so gracious and helpful. The house sits in probably the most convenient location to anything you wish to do in Rehoboth. It’s a beautiful townhome - clean, spacious, and very quiet! Thank you, William, for an excellent experience!

Relaxing Weekend

The home was beautiful and conveniently located right up the street from Rehoboth Beach. Quick walk to a great coffee shop! My wife and I and the pup enjoyed the easy access to the bike path. Would highly recommend!

Spacious townhome in great locale

There was plenty of room for a family of 6 for us to spread out after a day at the beach / happy hours. Plenty to do at Rehoboth. The townhome is located about 1.5 miles from the beach/boardwalk so you could walk and shop along the way or take a 5 minute drive to find plenty of available parking any day of the week.

Fantastic Property

Girlfriends weekend in December. The location of this fabulous townhouse is near fine dining and shopping. The place was well equipped with all we needed for fun and relaxation. The owner provided answers to my questions and check in/out was easy. We will definitely consider this property for future trips to Rehoboth.

Beautiful and convenient

Great property to stay out during our trip to Rehoboth for our family of 4. The location was great with easy access to the main highway and right by the bike trail for a nice walk to the beach or boardwalk. The setup was exactly like seen in the photos and description. William was very responsive to any questions prior to the stay and during our time at his place.
