「Checks every box!」

「The place was quiet and perfectly located. Easy to drive and walk from. Had easily accessible parking, and had great stock of games, towels, and kitchen gear. We would return. Everything was very comfortable and clean.」

「This was a wonderful stay! The house was immaculate and everything was super easy and accessible! Jim was a wonderful host. We would happily rent this property again next summer :)」

「Great stay! Everything was clean and comfortable.」

「Awesome」

「First time staying at this property and was a great experience. It's in the same building as the Dewey Beach Yacht Club in the Marina (We weren't sure if we staying in a room or on a boat at first lol). We got in a little early and we were able to get in the apt at 3:30 instead of 4pm. Property was as described and very clean. Looked like it had been remodeled, although the ceiling looked like it some had noticable water damage in the past as joints were peeling and the 2nd BR had a small hole...

「One of the cleanest and most nicely decorated VRBO homes we have been to. Host was very responsive. Would highly recommend.」

「The house was excellent, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Adam was on top of everything and is a great communicator.. I will definitely stay here again.」

「We received OUTSTANDING support from Kristin! She responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns. She made our stay convenient and comfortable! Thanks to Kristin!! :)」

「Very nice property. And responsive host.Pet friendly but no fenced yard, but the neighborhood is very walkable and many many others walk their dogs. Very clean, nicely stocked with essentials, towels, etc. Multiple adults may find the second and third bed less appealing as one is definitely more kid focused as a bunk bed. The location is excellent for quick access to major convenience like Walmart, wawa, numerous restaurants and grocery stores, and if the mood strikes and you want the chaos...

「Beautiful home. Plenty of space. Updated and decorated very tastefully. Would highly recommend.」

「The property was lovely and clean. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook at home if you didn't feel like heading out to eat. There was also some beach equipment, coolers, and even bikes available by the owner for use if you didn't bring your own.The owner left a book with helpful information about nearby locations as well as explaining the trolley and parking system in the area which was valuable to someone who wasn't local. Plenty of towels...

「This property is well cared for and that shows in the hospitality of the host. House has everything you need! Close proximity to the pool and pier make fun days for kids! Quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants, shops, etc. 100% recommend!」

「This house is exactly what we needed for a short weekend getaway with friends. Andrew, the point of contact, was spectacular. He gave us restaurant ideas, parking spots for the beach, got us an early check-in, and was always able to communicate easily with. The house itself was perfect. Enough space for small kids to play and the adults to relax in the spacious and air conditioned sunroom.House was equipped with the basics (linens, towels, etc.).It was only a short drive to the beach and with the...

「Quiet and cute decor. Nice options of front porch and back deck for breeze/sun. Front steps are somewhat steep, if you have accessibility concerns. We were happy with the kitchen, TV, room arrangements.」

「Our family of 11 loved the house with its big open spaces and plenty of room for our family. The house is beautiful and very well stocked with all of the kitchen supplies you could need. The owner, Mike was very responsive and accommodating of our needs. The walk to the beach, Dairy Queen and into downtown Lewes was very easily made with our 5 grandkids aged 5 to 18 months. Our family also really enjoyed the pool and the screened in deck/porch on the main floor. Thanks for the memories!」

「This property worked out perfectly for our family get together. The different common spaces are so lovely for groups with different interests (quiet reading, tv watching, puzzles & games, etc). We all felt like we had room to spread out. The bunk room is great for kids and we had several that fit in there perfectly. The 4th lock-off bedroom was also nice and quiet and gives a bit of separation needed for an older couple or 20-somethings that night be out later than the rest of the group. And its...
